Product range
Electrical control panels
Panels for machines, production lines and process equipment, assembled and wired to your drawings, I/O list and approved vendor list.
Panel interior during wiring. Every core is numbered to the schematic.
Product overview
Built from the document, not from a template
Control panels are project equipment. They are not selected from a catalogue; they are assembled from a description of how the plant should behave.
That description arrives as an I/O list, a schematic, a sequence of operation and a vendor list. Where it is complete, the panel is a predictable piece of work with a predictable price.
We assemble, wire and test to that document, and we mark the points where it is silent so you can decide them before the panel is closed.
- PLC and remote I/O panels
- Motor control panels (MCC)
- VSD and soft-starter panels
- Industrial control cabinets
- Operator and HMI stations
- Customised electrical panels

Applications
Where these panels are used
Water and wastewater
Pumping stations, dosing systems, aeration control and remote I/O for treatment works.
Pure water and process lines
RO, ultrafiltration and process skids, with the sequence control and instrumentation that goes with them.
Battery and materials lines
Production lines where the panel has to control drives, interlocks and safety circuits together.
HVAC plant
Chillers, air handling units and plant room control, including the interface to the building system.
Waste gas treatment
Fans, scrubbers and extraction systems with the interlocks that protect the process.
Logistics and conveying
Conveyor lines, sorting and transfer stations, with local control and remote supervision.
These are the applications the equipment is built for. Tell us the process and the duty, and the configuration follows.

Control panels are not type tested assemblies in the sense that switchgear is. If your project requires type test documentation for the control section, tell us at enquiry stage and we will confirm what is available before quoting.
Customisation
What can be adapted
Layout and size
Panel dimensions and internal arrangement set by device count, heat load and the space available on site.
Operator interface
Pushbuttons, selector switches, HMI, indication and emergency stop arranged to the operating procedure.
Brands and standards
Devices from your approved list, with identification and wiring to the standard your client specifies.
Communication
Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus or remote I/O, with the point list agreed before devices are ordered.
Enclosure and climate
IP rating, fan or heat exchanger, anti-condensation heater and sun canopy for outdoor installation.
Documentation set
Delivered in the format your project uses, including as-built revisions after testing.

FAQ
Common questions
What do you need to quote a control panel?
An I/O list or schematic, the motor or load list, the sequence of operation, the approved component brands and the enclosure requirement. A GA drawing helps but is not always necessary at quotation stage.
Do you write the PLC programme?
Our scope is the panel: assembly, wiring, testing and documentation. Programming is normally done by the machine builder or the system integrator, and we can coordinate with them on the I/O list and the interface. If programming is part of your scope, say so at enquiry stage and we will confirm how it is handled.
Can panels be built to a European or American standard?
Wiring practice, identification and device selection can follow the standard named in your specification. Tell us the standard at enquiry stage so the quotation reflects it. The difference shows up in terminals, labelling and documentation, not in the enclosure.
What is the lead time?
Confirmed with the quotation, based on the device count and the workshop schedule. Panels with long-lead devices such as drives or a specific PLC family take longer, and we say which items are driving the date.
Send the I/O list and the sequence
We will come back with the layout, the device list, the open points and a price, usually within one working day.
